These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services, courses, products, and software provided by Kristin Morris, trading as Freedom Business Platform (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By creating an account, purchasing a product, or using the Freedom Business Platform, you agree to these Terms.


2. Services Provided

We provide:

Software access (Freedom Business Platform)

Digital courses and programmes

Coaching and consulting

Memberships

Funnel and automation tools

Templates and resources

Details of each offering are provided at point of purchase.


3. Payments & Billing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Subscription payments renew automatically.

Failed payments will trigger automated reminders.

Continued non-payment may result in suspension of access.

Prices may change; notice will be provided where required.


4. Refund Policy

You may choose one of the following per offer:

For Software (FBP): No refunds

Software access is billed monthly and is non-refundable.

For Digital Courses:

All sales are final due to instant access.

For Coaching or Memberships:

Refunds apply only if explicitly stated on the sales page.


5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

Use the platform legally and ethically

Comply with GDPR and anti-spam laws

Maintain secure login credentials

Provide accurate information

Use purchased content for personal/business use only

We are not responsible for a user’s failure to implement tools or strategies.


6. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, training materials, assets, and systems belong to Kristin Morris.

You may not:

Copy or distribute

Resell

Claim as your own

Share access outside your business

Create derivative works without permission


7. Software Use

By using the Freedom Business Platform, you acknowledge that:

Access is provided for the duration of your subscription

Features may change or update

Downtime may occur (though we aim to minimise this)

We are not liable for third-party outages or data loss

Misuse may result in account suspension


8. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific business results or earnings.
All strategies require user effort and implementation.

Nothing we provide constitutes financial, legal, or medical advice.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss

We are not liable for loss caused by user error


10. Cancellation & Termination

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time via account settings.

Accounts may be terminated for:

Non-payment

Misuse or violation of Terms

Harmful or illegal behaviour


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jersey, England & Wales.
